A lot of people are confused on what ACTA does exactly and some have admitted that compared to SOPA and PIPA it seems down right harmless, but IT'S NOT! It's not ACTA itself that people are protesting. It's the idea that the government will be allowed to go all "Big Brother" on us that is freaking people out. Today it's ACTA, tomorrow it's SOPA and PIPA. The ACTA also has a lot of negative impacts on bought goods. Soon you'll no longer be allowed to buy store brand products. One example is Kirkland products (Costco's cheaper version of various products like fruit, dairy, and breads). This will have a lot of impact on lower income families.
